Ann is our Reception and Resource Manager, who has been with us since 1989. Amongst her duties, she has responsibility for making sure all the vets are in the right place at the right time - not always easy! She also ensures that a happy smiling receptionist will be at the end of the phone to take your calls. In her spare time she is an enthusiastic wild life photographer.
Penny first worked here as an assistant veterinary nurse in 1982. After a break of 20 years she returned as receptionist. She enjoys walking and studying wildlife. It is not uncommon for her to be up very early in the morning observing foxes and kingfishers.
Tina joined us recently, in 2013.She enjoys the work very much with still more to learn! She also works occasionally in Haslemere and Liphook. When not working she enjoys reading and dancing.
Nicolette has been our receptionist at Liphook since March 1990. She really enjoys meeting clients and their animals. Her leisure time is taken up walking her miniature dachshund and border terrier.
Jan joined the practice at Liphook in 2001 as a receptionist. She finds the buzz of a busy practice a stimulating working environment and enjoys talking to all our clients.
Sue has been our receptionist at Haslemere since 2004. She has build up a large client base who often come into the practice just to have a chat! She is very popular with all the dogs in Haslemere as she always has a treat for them when they visit the practice.
Phyllis joined us as receptionist in 1997 and in 2004 became IT Supervisor/Secretarial Assistant. Her work involves sending out invoices and pet booster reminders and preparing insurances. Her hobbies include soft furnishings and making her own hand crafted greetings cards. She also likes to keep fit by attending the gym and loves spending time with her grandson.
Lyn, our Office Manager, has been with us since 1982. With ever increasing practice throughput, Lyn has always ensured efficient office management using modern technology as it has developed.
